How to Collect Your Sample

  1. Wash your hands and write your birthdate on the vial.
  2. Place the vial upright on a flat surface.
  3. Open the vial but don’t touch or remove the liquid.
  4. Unwrap the swab but don’t touch the cotton end.
  5. Rub the swab inside both cheeks for 60 seconds each, rotating the swab.
  6. Insert and twist the swab into the vial, using a corkscrew motion.
  7. Move the swab up and down 10-15 times in the liquid.
  8. Remove the swab, seal the vial tightly, and take a picture of the kit code or QR code.
  9. Place the vial in the ziplock bag and packaging tube. Discard the swab.

Shipping Instructions

  • Place the sample vial in the ziplock bag, then into the packaging tube.
  • Seal the return mailer and note the tracking number. Ship it via FedEx.

Results

Your results will be available in about 28 business days after the lab gets your sample, but we can't guarantee the exact time.

    • Collect Your Sample: Rub the swab inside your cheek for at least 30 seconds. Put the cotton tip inside the vial, break off the swab stick, and close the vial tightly.
    • Package Your Sample: Put the vial back into the test kit box.

  • Yes, don’t eat anything for 30 minutes before collecting your sample. Avoid dairy and citrus. Drink some water a few minutes before collecting your sample to stay hydrated.

  • Reveal & Heal Solutions places your order directly with the lab that created your test. For example, if you ordered the Reveal Your Toxicity Levels test, Reveal & Heal Solutions will place your order through this lab, which then processes your order for shipment. We do not ship test kits from a Reveal & Heal Solutions warehouse, but we do make sure the labs ship your kits from theirs!

    Each individual lab has its own average shipping time (the time it takes for the kit to arrive at your home) and turnaround time (the time it takes for the lab to process samples and provide results after you've mailed back your kit).

    Return packaging is always included in your test kit! Each individual lab has instructions on how to package and return your kit so the sample reaches the laboratory in good condition. These will include a step-by-step guide on how to package and mail back your kit to ensure your sample can be processed!

    We highly recommend taking a photo of your return label so you can personally track your sample back to the lab! Some of our partner labs do notify us when your sample has been received, and you will receive an e-mail from Reveal & Heal Solutions notifying you when this happens. If available, we will also update you with the “Estimated Completion Date” as well.

    If there are any issues with your samples, we will receive this notification directly from the lab and we will then notify you. This will include the notice from the lab and what the next steps will be. If you are required to do a recollection, our team will send you another kit at no charge.
