Who Should Use This Test

This test is for anyone who wants to know if their body has been exposed to harmful metals or if they are missing important nutrients. It’s especially helpful if you think you might have been exposed to toxins or if you want to check your overall health.

How to Collect Your Sample

Collection Schedule:

  1. URINE: Right when you wake up.
  2. BLOOD SPOT: Within 1 hour of waking up.
  3. URINE: Right before bed.

Urine Collection:

  1. Collect your urine in a clean cup.
  2. Dip the special paper (filter paper) into the urine up to the black line or pee directly onto the paper.
  3. Let the paper dry in a safe place for at least 6 hours.
  4. Write your name and the date on the paper.
  5. Repeat these steps before bed for the second urine collection.
  6. Once the papers are dry, put them in the baggie and seal it.
  7. Put the baggie and the completed form into the test kit box.

Blood Spot Collection:

  1. Collect your blood sample within 1 hour of waking up.
  2. Wash your hands with soap and warm water.
  3. Write your name and the date on the collection card.
  4. Use the lancet (small tool) to prick your finger.
  5. Gently squeeze a drop of blood onto each circle on the special paper.
  6. Let the paper dry for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Once dry, put the paper in the test kit box.

Shipping Instructions

  1. Make sure your urine and blood papers are dry before putting them in the baggies.
  2. Place everything (papers, form) into the test kit box.
  3. Use the prepaid label to mail the box.
  4. Keep the tracking number so you can check where your samples are.

Results

Your results will be ready in 3-5 business days after the lab gets your samples.

Important Notes

  • Don’t collect samples if you’re on your period.
  • If you’ve had an MRI recently, wait 4 days before collecting your samples.
  • Don’t eat restricted foods or take certain vitamins 24 hours before and during the test.
  • Don’t drink more than 1 cup of water before each urine collection.
  • Keep your samples in a cool, dry place until you’re ready to mail them.

    • Package Your Sample: Place the specimen container into the biohazard bag and refrigerate until ready to ship.

  • Yes, avoid eating seafood for 72 hours before collecting your urine. Don’t drink more than eight 8 oz glasses of water in 24 hours during the test period. Keep your samples in the refrigerator until you’re ready to ship them.

  • Shipping Instructions:

    • Prepare for Shipping: Place the specimen container in the biohazard bag.
    • Package the Sample: Put the biohazard bag and the completed test form into the test kit box.
    • Label and Ship: Place the test kit box in the provided UPS mailer. Ship your samples via UPS as soon as possible. Keep track of the UPS tracking number to follow your sample's journey to the lab.

  • Your results will be ready 1-6 business days after the lab gets your samples. Processing times might vary.

  • Reveal & Heal Solutions places your order directly with the lab that created your test. For example, if you ordered the Reveal Your Toxicity Levels test, Reveal & Heal Solutions will place your order through this lab, which then processes your order for shipment. We do not ship test kits from a Reveal & Heal Solutions warehouse, but we do make sure the labs ship your kits from theirs!

    Each individual lab has its own average shipping time (the time it takes for the kit to arrive at your home) and turnaround time (the time it takes for the lab to process samples and provide results after you've mailed back your kit).

    Return packaging is always included in your test kit! Each individual lab has instructions on how to package and return your kit so the sample reaches the laboratory in good condition. These will include a step-by-step guide on how to package and mail back your kit to ensure your sample can be processed!

    We highly recommend taking a photo of your return label so you can personally track your sample back to the lab! Some of our partner labs do notify us when your sample has been received, and you will receive an e-mail from Reveal & Heal Solutions notifying you when this happens. If available, we will also update you with the “Estimated Completion Date” as well.

    If there are any issues with your samples, we will receive this notification directly from the lab and we will then notify you. This will include the notice from the lab and what the next steps will be. If you are required to do a recollection, our team will send you another kit at no charge.
